Working Gifts directly support the initiatives of people who have demonstrated the courage, creativity, and commitment to overcome the challenges they face. Working Gifts respond to concrete needs identified by local communities, and reflect The Institute of Cultural Affairs’ approach of comprehensive, participatory, sustainable human development.
